When do I collect and return?
Collect one day before your first usage day, between 2pm and 5pm. Return one day after your last usage day, between 9am and noon. There is no extra rental charge for these collection and return days within the stated windows.
Can I book delivery online?
Yes. Choose Lalamove delivery and return collection at checkout for Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya or Cyberjaya. View delivery areas and fees. Setup and teardown are not included; the equipment is easy to set up.
Where is the collection point?
Collect from 11, Jalan 9/42, Taman Sejahtera, 51200 Kuala Lumpur, in Segambut. Get directions to the warehouse.
Delivery & collection information
Delivery and return collection are available only in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya. Addresses outside these areas cannot proceed with delivery; choose self-pickup in Segambut instead.
Lalamove delivery and return collection cost RM300 per order for full-size canopies, event tables, event chairs and their packages, or RM120 for all other equipment, including camping tables and chairs. SST is added on top. Mixed orders pay the higher fee once. Setup is not included; the equipment is easy to set up.
Choose your usage dates and equipment in the online catalogue, then select delivery and enter your address at checkout. Both Lalamove journeys are included in the delivery fee.
