Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to KL, Selangor, Genting Sempah and Negeri Sembilan.
Where are you based in?
Our warehouse is based in Segambut, Kuala Lumpur.
How soon should I placed order?
Our availability is based on first come first serve basis. We recommend placing a booking as soon as possible.
What payment method is accepted?
We accept bank transfer, cheque, DuitNow QR, credit card and debit card.
What types of events do you cater to?
We provide equipment for weddings, corporate events, private parties, festivals, pop-up stores, school functions, and more.
Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and teardown services for an additional fee, depending on location and order size.
Can I pick up the items myself?
Yes, self-collection is available at our Segambut warehouse. Please contact us to schedule a pickup time.
Can I make changes to my order after confirmation?
Yes, you can make changes subject to equipment availability.
